With the progress of science and technology, lots of new materials which constantly emerging out have successfully applied in People's Daily production and life. Among them, to its excellent comprehensive performance, the composite materials is widely used in many fields. Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics (FRP)industry is one of the most popular industry, FRP usually called glass fiber Reinforced plastic. In the building materials industry fiber glass products has been widely used. Owing to the less restrictions to form of parts, many complex shape pieces can easily adopt glass fiber reinforced plastic. Fiber winding machine and stripping machine as a production composite fiber winding special equipment, it products of the design and production is an important content in machinery manufacturing industry.The FRP stripping machine design, this paper puts forward the FRP stripping machine design scheme, design the whole goal and function requirement, gives a complete set of the FRP stripping structure, transmission,machine parts and hydraulic pressure control system.Using Pro/E design and model FRP stripping machine. When all the product design have completed, then tested the strength of the relevant and important parts, Pro/E introduct good model into ANSYS directly, ANSYS software analysis some relevant parts and important position.It provide more comprehensive reference for the future design. In addition, we still use Pro/E simulation of FRP stripping machine, to find problems and solve them, make more reasonable design.This design FRP stripping equipment is mainly composed of stripping machine base, hydraulic transmission, traction trolley and mandrel clamping institutions. Stripping machine base is the whole stripping based, hydraulic transmission provide power for stripping process, the car is responsible for traction of the tube core demoulding pulled, mandrel clamping institutions including fixed cars and base, mainly realizes tube along the axis of their core fixed.In the design process,we design a set of stripping equipment mainly by CAXA, two-dimensional modeling design. In addition to using Pro/E as platforms, have established 3d model of a complete equipment.At the same time, using Pro/E Mechanism of Pro/module of stripping machine motion simulation of stripping process, make whole simulation movement process intuitively, guide composite pipe demoulding production.
