Recently,the need for conveying and sorting equipment increases rapidly,meanwhile,conveying and sorting equipment have obvious characteristic of personalization.For solving the non-standardized product problems of long design cycle and assembly time,in order to realize rapid design and delivery,carrying out the study of modular design method of conveying and sorting equipment based on multi-objective programming,the research includes analysis and conversion of customer requirements,modular partition method based on preference ?-NSGA-? algorithm,module evaluation technique based on the theory of grey TOPSIS,specific research work is as follows:(1)Expounding the background and significance of paper,summarizing related literature review,analyzing shortcomings of present various research methods,the research contents and technical route are given.(2)Introducing the design characteristics of conveying and sorting equipment,principles of conveying and sorting equipment modular partition are given.Then establishing the conveying and sorting equipment modular design system architecture.(3)Constructing an improved QFD model for conveying and sorting equipment,then propose a simplified method for customer requirements based on grey relation clustering;improve the theory of rough number to express customer requirements objectively.Based on the improved QFD model,implement the conversion of customer requirements to component properties.(4)Proposing the many-objective function of modular partition for conveying and sorting equipment.Then a preference ?-NSGA-? algorithm is put forward to solving the many-objective model,an example is established to demonstrate the superiority of the algorithm.(5)The evaluation index system of modular partition for conveying and sorting equipment is established.Then the module evaluation technique based on the theory of grey TOPSIS is put forward.
