With the increase in the number of automobiles, it brings more and more serious issues about energy and environmental. Compared with traditional automobile, HEV have greater advantage in fuel economy and emissions. Therefore, the development prospects of HEV will very well in the future.The research in this article is based on group projects about Hybrid Electric Vehicle research.We establish the forward simulition model and test rig.This paper established forward simulation model for HEV. The pilot model is necessary for forward simulation model. The pilot modewhich based on acceleration feedback can follow the realize speed very well. For the engine model and motor model, ignoring their internal work process, we only care about the input and output of the speed and torque. For the transmission system model, we have focused on the analysis of the shift. For battery model,we estimate SOC value with kalman filtering method. The forward simulition model of HEV can realize our research very well.In this paper, we use the logic threshold control algorithm for the control strategy of vehicle. According to the current situation, the pilots adjust the pedal open degree to issue power needs.With the SOC value,the working condition of engine and electric motor,we determine the output torque of the engine and electric motor. In addition, cut off the idle, braking energy recovery, SOC value maintenance, clutch and shift control are analyzed.This paper make some simulations for the control strategy to set up reasonable parameters.The results of simulations show that the HEV can reduce the fuel consumption very well. That proved that the HEV is useful for improving fuel economy. According to the simulation analysis, different strategies of the accelerator pedal have greater significance for the control of car.The structure and working principle of test rig are introduced in this article.With this test rig, we can realize the signal input from the true test driver.We can choose different drivers and cycle simulation experiment conditions for simulations, so as to shorten the development cycle of the auto control technology. According to the subjective evaluation by different driver from the simulation analysis of different accelerator pedal strategy, we can choose the best one.
