Most of the modern elevator door by the AC induction motor, permanent magnet synchronous motors and DC motors as the elevator doors and automatic doors of the driving source, the drawback is characterized by relatively high speed, complex door control and speed, transmission links and switching devices need to slow down, therefore, this door system existence species complex, maintenance problems, noisy and so on.In this paper, using permanent magnet linear synchronous motor as the driving source of the door system, which is characterized by small size, thrust, simple and reliable operation est., in the elevator door system and other precision instruments design has broad application prospects. First of all, this paper describes the permanent magnet linear motor driven elevator door structure, and its structure and door installation testing are described. Secondly , using a unit of the motor drive unit to the core ideology to permanent magnet linear motor design. Thirdly, by analyzing the factors that affect the motor thrust fluctuations, to optimize the performance of the motor body, and the electrical characteristics of the static and dynamic analysis of its performance elevator door system to meet the force and energy required and speed indicators. Finally, DSP chip is designed based on the vector of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor control system , completed the run curve elevator door design and the control software for a reasonable design.Through simulation analysis, performance and control indicators of the elevator door system basically reached the intended target, and also reflecting the superiority of PMLSM-Driven elevator door system.
