With the development of science and technology, and the appearance of more and more high-rise buildings, the elevator has become an indispensable tool in modern urban residents' daily live. As an important part of the elevator system and a control system operated by passengers in direct, the elevator door motor plays a decisive role. However, the elevator accidents have occurred frequently, due to the malfunction of the elevator door controller, and the consequences of those accidents are generally very serious. So it is very important to design a kind of elevator door controller which can control the door motor to operate smoothly, safely and reliably. Therefore, this thesis adopts PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor) to designs a control system of elevator door motor, with the DSP as the controlling core of the system.The paper firstly introduces the background and significance of this research, then analyses the domestic and international research's status and development trend of the elevator door controller. This thesis talks about the structure and working mode of the controller, compares the different motors, and selects PMSM as the most suitable drive motor for the control system of elevator door motor. Then it analyses the requirement of the control system of elevator door motor's functions, and a kind of S curve speed control method to control the elevator door motor to operate smoothly and efficiently. Then it designs the system's function module including of initial power angle self-learning, door width self-learning, torque detection and information interaction.This paper analyses the structure of PMSM and establishes its mathematical model, then transforms the motor's voltage equations in the three-phase stationary coordinate system to a voltage equations in the dq synchronous rotating coordinate system through the coordinate transformation, derives the formula of electromagnetic torque. The method of vector is used to govern the PMSM, and the calculation formula of SVPWM is deduced in the servo system of PMSM. It describes the principle and method of using the Hall current sensor to measure the current of the motor, then adopts the incremental encoder to measure speed and position of the motor, and by analyzing a variety of detection methods, determines the method of M/T as the most appropriate method to measure the speed of PMSM.The paper describes the hardware structure of the control system with the DSP as the controlling core of the system, and designs the hardware modules of the system, such as power circuit, control circuit and protection circuit. And collocating with hardware circuit, the software module of the system is designed to realize the functions of the elevator door controller. Finally, the experimental platform of the control system elevator door motor is built to test the system. By comparing the experimental results with the expected results, this design is proved to be able to achieve the expected purpose.
