As China’s economic growth, the elevator industry has maintained a strong demand,especially in large cities, elevators play a more important role in people’s daily life as anefficient means of transport. The door of the elevators needs to open and close frequently.Therefore, protecting the normal working of the elevators’ door plays an important role inthe entire elevator system.This thesis analyzed what functions needed to achieve. Including traditional speedcurve design method and the improved speed curve design method which is proposed inthis thesis, the motor offset angle learning method, gate width self-learning method,interactive function design. In the control algorithm, this thesis introduced permanentmagnet synchronous motor based on rotor field oriented vector control algorithm, andcompared the effect of different regular controls. The different regular controls include PIcontroller and fuzzy adaptive PI controller. After that it introduced the hardware modulesand software framework. The hardware modules include power supply module, invertermodule, interactive module, fault detection module, sampling and testing module andcontrol module. The software frameworks include the main program structure, the doormachine running control strategy, the door driver space vector control process. Finally, wetest the opening and closing action on the test platform. The drive can control gate to runsmoothly. It meets the design requirements.
