The high wastage in large power assistant motor is a problem in fire power plants, at the same time these assistant systems are regulated normally by outer damper or regulate valve, this condition exists large power wastage. As the coal is relatively small, output large, auxiliary power low investment per kilowatt of capacity of the relatively large province of 1000MW coal-fired units into the electricity market more and more, greatly reducing its energy consumption is an (?)urgent need to address the problem. Introduce the pumps in different methods of regulation on the use of the frequency control of energy-saving. Condensate pump for the operation and regulation of the characteristics of the way the existing problems, considering its own characteristics 1000MW unit, the successful development of Jiang Su Xinhai plant condensate pump for frequency control of the reform program. This article describes the transformation of plant condensate pump frequency equipment selection, specific proposals and condensate pump energy-saving effect of frequency converter analysis is made possible in practical application problems and coping strategies. Proved 1000MW ultra-supercritical units in the condensate pump motor speed control technology after the significant energy saving effect, and it can greatly improve the motor operating conditions and effectively reduce energy consumption, significant economic benefits, the practical application value.
