With the rapid development of social economy,energy shortage is becoming more and more serious.In the power industry,power plant is not only generating power,but also consuming power as well.Electric power industry competition is more and more intense,competitive bidding,rising coal prices and other factors more requirements enterprises must improve their competitiveness,the development can be sustained and stable.Because of this,as a power generation enterprise,trying to reduce the power consumption rate of power plant,good energy saving transformation has become the inevitable trend of the future of sustainable development.Guangzhou Pearl River Power Plant is constructed in early 1990's,When the construction of the installation of production equipment is relatively old and backward.Many large fan and water pump constitute the main auxiliary equipment of power plant,and thus the consumption of electricity accounted for the larger share rate electricity factory.This type of equipment has been in a state of low operational efficiency,resulting in a large part of the power to be wasted,the motor of this type of equipment for high voltage frequency conversion energy saving transformation can be a good solution to these problems.Based on the operation mode,function and structure of the condensate pump is introduced,and the analysis of pump working principle and energy saving,determined the variable speed adjustment way can indeed reduce the consumption of electric energy,play an important role in energy saving,expounds the possibility and necessity of transformation.From the electrical point of view,the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of speed control mode are analyzed to determine the frequency conversion speed advantage,and then the pump's frequency conversion motor condensation of Guangzhou Pearl River Power plant is determined.The concrete scheme of condensate pump frequency conversion transformation motor Guangzhou Zhujiang Power Plant,the selection of the converter,the operation mode adjustment are introduced in detail.Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the equipment after the transformation,and confirmed the energy-saving effect through actual measurement record.In this thesis,through the example analysis of condensate pump frequency conversion transformation,the enormous economic benefits to verify the frequency conversion transformation way brings to the enterprise.
