Modeling And Simulation Of 1000MW Ultra Supercritical Boiler Based On MATLAB

Based on the analysis of the structure and properties of a 1000MW ultra-supercritical boiler,by the use of energy conservation equation and mass conservation equation, through introducing the idea of modularization into modeling ,a dynamic numerical model for emulation study on once-through boiler has been established by using the mechanism modeling method , and an algorithms-library being built on the platform of MATLAB/SIMULINK software integrated with ,CMEX S-function,S-Function module,Memory module,and module packaging etc. as basic methods. Then the simulation model of power unit was constructed by joining the module in library and research on its dynamic characteristic under disturbance of full load. Application shows that the developed systematic emulation algorithms-library has all necessary modules,boasting strong universality,being convenient in use,have better expansibility and continuity,being easily extended and applied to study the control systems.
