| Smart transmission grid is the most important part of smart grid, it is composed of energy power system, information communication system and monitoring control system, where the information communication system plays a critical role for the smart grid, and information security is one of the key problems to be solved.This paper analyzes the infrastructure of the smart transmission grid and the information security issues are also analysis. Cryptographic can provide critical theory and core technology for network and information security. This paper designs an access control protocol for smart transmission grid utilizing Identity-based Cryptosystem, and data integrity scheme are also provided. Due to the stability of the power system network the key management can be efficiently realized. Meanwhile, though the Challenge/Response identification mechanism both of the communication entities can verify each other and the illegal devices can't access the system. Since the symmetric-key algorithms and Hash function are used during communication, the computation and computation cost required is minimized for both side of communication entity. Finally, the information security scheme is analyzed and simulated. |
