With the rapid development of social and technological, the environmental pollution and scarcity of resources is also increasingly serious. Electric vehicles attract people’s attention with its clean energy source, meanwhile the construction and development of smart grid provided support for electric vehicles access, that to achieve two-way interactive between grid and electric vehicle by V2G technology, and to promote economic operation of power grid. However, as an important application of the smart grid distribution terminal, the information security of V2G will affect the security and stability of the entire grid system.First of all, this paper introduces the intelligent network system of V2G in smart grid environment, and combines with the active distribution network technology to build a scheduling control system architecture for V2G, then according to the architecture this paper creates a communication network architecture for V2G, and analysis the composition of the whole communication system, and the security requirement. Finally, according to the network control model of V2G, this paper proposes a key management scheme of hierarchical access control based on ECC, then gives the security analysis and the system simulation.The result proves that the scheme proposed meets the security requirement of network control model of V2G.
