Taking the study of a static blade adjustable axial flow induced draft fan in 600MW thermal power unit,this thesis did field surveying and mapping in using using conventional measurement.The 3D model of induced draft fan was constructed by the use of AutoCAD software(from point to line,from line to the surface,from surface to the entity's method).Then internal flow field in induced draft fan was simulated by CFD software Fluent,and the several conditions in low load were simulated too.Finally,this thesis made comparative analysis for the simulation results and actual operation situation.The rusults showed that the numerical simulation can better reflect the actual flow status of liquid, which was important for shortening the research cycle and reducing the research cost of fan products.
