As one of largest energy dissipation equipment, energy saving potential of power fan is very large. In response to the policy of the country’s energy consumption and pollution reduction, for1000MW unit desulfurization renovation project, after introducing the technology of together the boosting fan and induced draft fan as a organic whole, jiangsu province power design institute put forward a new kind of induced draft fan configuration, based on the traditional two sets of induced draft fan, increase a induced draft fan, namely three machines run in parallel with induced draft fan. Three sets of induced draft fan configuration, can not only at different load operate different number of fan, flexible change fan operation quantity, improving the boiler efficiency, and not need to change the original6KV electric wiring way into the10KV, saving the project investment.But, three sets of induced draft fan configuration is whether feasible, reliable and safe, and how to design the related control system, and this is the study of this paper. On the basis of jiangsu province electrical design institute provided the specific equipment of1000MW unit (boiler, turbine, electric and all auxiliary systems), and for the three sets of induced draft fan configuration, in simulation platform established on the corresponding mathematical model, through the dynamic characteristic test verified the accuracy of model, then design the fuel, air supply, wind and hearth negative pressure and a complete set of control system, through a series of fixed value disturbance and RB (RunBack, fast load rejection) test under different unit load, verified the correctness of control logic, so as to prove the feasibility of and safety of the three sets of induced draft fan scheme, finally from the three aspects of adaptability, economy, and the safe reliability to compare three sets configuration and two sets of induced draft scheme, and the results show that the three set induced draft fan scheme in the three aspects are superior. The significance of this paper is to provide theory basis and technical support for the realization of the three set induced draft fan scheme, and the control scheme designed in this paper provide technical guidance for its realization.
