With the constant expansion of power system, power system complexity degree unceasing enhancement, make voltage reactive-power optimization control the importance of the problem of larger and larger. Beijing currently most local grid with disperse adjustment, on-site balance method to implement voltage reactive-power control, widely use voltage reactive-power integrated automatic control equipment (VQC), this device only acquisition substation operation parameters, facing a transformer substation operation control, can't realize to network-wide security each substation capacitor and on-load changer transformer points after gear coordinate control, easy in a secondary on-load changer grid appears in cast cut oscillations, also can increase equipment investment.This paper according to this problem, the voltage reactive-power optimization control are studied, reactive power optimization algorithm of superconductivity and short-term load forecasting summarizes the related theory, put forward the genetic algorithm and expert system of combining optimization algorithm, which adopts expert knowledge on individual auxiliary variation, help to improve the optimal direction of the genetic algorithm, and enhance the local search ability and make the algorithm can with greater probability find the optimal solution and prevent premature convergence. Another study based on linear extrapolation of super short-term load forecasting, and based on this, was designed based on ultra short-term load forecasting of voltage reactive-power optimization system. This method through dispatching automation system collection hyper each node operating voltage and reactive power of real-time data, and based on historical data, using hyper extrapolation, on the short-term load forecasting, on the basis of using the improved genetic algorithm for hyper on reactive power optimization calculation, guidance and determine network-wide security each substation capacitor and on-load changer transformer points after gear coordinated control, better adapt to power system operation stability, security and economics needs. At present the system has been applied to the local grid YuShunYi to improve each node voltage level and decrease network loss purposes, made significant safety and economic benefit.
