Electricity is one of the basic conditions for the rapid development of modern society. The balance between power supply and demand is fundamental Problems which each country must face and ensure. With the increasingly tense situation in the frequency of the energy shortage, states gradually realize the importance of study and establishment of early warning system for power supply and demand. However, China is still dominated by thermal power plants, and the distribution of power and reverse power load. Especially in recent years, with the rapid climb of the level of modernization, the status of supply and demand imbalance is arised in varying degrees throughout the country, which has seriously hampered the rapid development of China's social and economic. Therefore, as for increased contradiction between electricity supply and demand increasingly, the study on electricity supply and demand has practical relevance, strategic and forward-looking.Of the early warning of power supply and demand, on the basis of detailed analysis of the intelligence, sources, warning signs and warning degree, this paper sets up early warning system for power system supply and demand and correlation model, which includes 5 aspects of power supply capacity, transmission support capability, capacity demand, supply and demand balance and power load characteristics. First, on the basis of the review of research status at home and abroad, this paper selected 4 elements as reference which are the intelligence, sources, warning signs and warning degree of power supply and demand balance, and then analyzed the reasons for the imbalance of power supply and demand. Secondly, with the causes and effects of the actual situation of supply and demand imbalance, the paper constructed of a warning indicator system of power supply and demand; Afterwards, this paper established of early warning indicator system for the construction of early warning models in the use of AHP method. Finally, utilizing the actual data by a province in China verified the effectiveness of early warning system and its model, the paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
