Because of continually normal energy sources diminishing and seriously environment pollution,it is paid more and more attention to by governments all around the world as its renewable and clean characteristic. Due to a lot of requirements, such as high dependability of electricity system, build up a simulation model for wind turbine power generator system is very important.With the development of electricity operation system and more complicate control system, it is more important and necessary for testing the control system by a simulation model.Now variable-speed constant-frequency(VCSF)wind power generator system has become the mainstream of the world wind power system.Through researching the operating characteristics of wind turbine, multi-operating and a full system dynamics model, including the rotor, power chain system,double-fed generator are presented.When the Wind turbine operating at rated wind speed below, the generator does not meet the rated power output. In order to change as much as possible the wind energy into electrical energy,the Maximum Wind Energy Tracking Control should be used. Vectore control system implements the power decoupling by the stator fiux-oriented.And build two-loop cascade PI control scheme.When the wind speed above the rated speed, the generator and inverter power have reached a limit,power control /variable pitch control at the rated wind speed.Important functions of wind power generation have been implemented including Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) at low-speed wind and power control/variable pitch control at the rated wind speed.Simulation study is carried out on the platform of LabVIEW and validates the proposedstrategy,which will guide designing and debugging the praetical software and hardware systems.
