The system of"JNMC copper cathode plate automatic packing production line"has been successfully run in JNMC,but the hydraulic lifting platform of copper cathode plate automatic packing production line have some problems including great deformation of components, serious fuselage vibration, and high pressure level of hydraulic system. According to these shortcomings, the author design the double crank of synchronous hydraulic lift platform, making static and dynamic analysis of the lift platform machinery - hydraulic integrated systems design control system of Lifting platform hydraulic, and analyses the hydraulic components. The main works of this thesis are as follows:First, this essay analyses the work needed parameters to lift platform, designing to meet the requirements of the hydraulic control system, selecting system required hydraulic valves, using ANSYS to static and dynamic analysis of the hydraulic lifting platform, and calculating the variation of the volume of hydraulic oil and the effective volume of hydraulic cylinders, then the author get the equivalent stiffness of hydraulic lift platform.Second, the main emphasis established machinery - hydraulic finite element model of integrated system in ANSYS of double crank of synchronous hydraulic lift platform, it followed by the system's static analysis. During the static analysis, the deformation cloud of deformation of the each component of lifting platform under certain loads is obtained.Third, the essay did the dynamic analysis for the machinery - hydraulic integrated system. Through the modal analysis harmonious response analysis, the author got the lift platform in the first eight order natural frequency, principal mode figure, and harmonic response curve; Through the transient dynamic analysis , author got a lift platform displacement curve by impact load , Speed curve, and acceleration curve.According to this work,some theoretical references will be provided to the design and development of Similar equipment in the future.
