Hydraulic rail lifting machine, attaching to engineering machinery, is a professional equipment applying to railway construction and railway maintenance for the completion of the rail row lifting and transferring operations. The synchronization of rail lifting double-cylinder is the key to ensure construction safety and improve construction efficiency. The DYQ-250 hydraulic rail lifting machine is taken as the research object to describe the development and technical features of hydraulic rail lifting machine at home and abroad. Directing at the deficiencies of synchronization precision and control performance in the current domestic machine, the synchronization system of hydraulic rail lifting double-cylinder is designed and researched, which applies to variety lifting operations demanding different control precision.1,Based on the analysis of operating conditions of the hydraulic rail lifting machine, identifing the main factors impacting the synchronization precision in the process of lifting rail row and analyses the operation characteristics and the factors that affect the control precision with the application of synchronous valve, load sensing with pressure compensation and electro-hydraulic proportional control system for achieving synchronous control. And the application of rational design of three schemes are focused on the existing line of intelligent machines and precision synchronized control system.2,Using power bond graph method, the mathematical models of synchronization valve controlling cylinder synchronous system, load sensing cylinder Synchronous cylinder electro-hydraulic proportional system are established which derives the equation of state of the every system and further clears variable relationship of synchronization precision control in the process of lifting rail row.3,Based on the power bond graph model, the simulation model of block diagram of double-cylinder synchronization system was built by the use of MATLAB-Simulink simulation platform in order to simulate and analyse, which further defines to influencing factors and laws of improving the accuracy of synchronization operations.The basis for the rational design of the system is established by comparative analysis of three systems'synchronization accuracy at the same conditions, then synchronous control system of the intelligent rail lifting machine, applying for the existing lines, is designed.4,The DYQ-250 hydraulic rail lifting machine is taken for the test object to test the synchronization system of synchronous valve controlling double-cylinder. The experiment shows that the system achieves the effectiveness of double-cylinder synchronization and the rationality of system design depending on the operating conditions in the existing lines.
