The theoretical knowledges of mechanology, electronics, hydraumatic, precision measurement and computer control are applicated comprehensively in the project of the cathode copper automatic packaging production line. In this production line, feeding, balance and plastic are used in the lift platform which is the key equipment of the production line. There are several faults of the lift platform such as slow stiffness, malformation and unstable dynamic characteristic in the use process. So the paper aims to optimize and improve the lift platform based on the study of the static and dynamic mechanical properties of bearing conditions. The following jobs are paid attention to in this paper.(1) According to the requirements, we design reasonably the transmission mechanism of the lift platform and the length of the connecting rod and crank by 0.618. Aslo, we establish the kinematic diagram of mechanis and the equivalent mechanical model of the lift platform which are analyzed by the mathematical method. Using three-dimensional CAD software PRO/E, a three-dimensional entity model of the lift platform is established.(2) According to the stress analysis results, we find the stress of the base and camshaft of the lift platform is relatively complicated. After taking the three-dimensional entity model in PRO/E into the finite element analysis software ANSYS, we focus on the finite element statics analysis of the two core parts. Then, we get the equivalent displacement numerical and equivalent stress value, and also extract the equivalent displacement and the equivalent stress image in this condition.(3) Through the finite element model of the base dynamic analysis, get in the end the first 10 natural frequencies and vibration pattern map by Block Lanczos..So as the basis, select the operating frequency of the cylinder as far away from the base of the natural frequency to minimize shock hazards(4) By static analysis and dynamic analysis of the data, the base can be further optimized. In the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the parameters of the base model, using ANSYS parametric design language, first-order method, wall thickness of the plate to the base object for the optimization, volume change to the base for the optimization goal to optimize. optimized base reduces the volume26.54% , optimization of equiva lent displacement than the previous largest increases 3mm, maximal effect is 22.4 Mpa.
