Based on the 3NB1300 drilling pump's parameters, this thesis is to reveal the drill pump valve which in the high pressure fluid called drilling fluid.The movement of drilling valve and its impact stress distribution will be revealed. The purpose of valve's service life can be imprvoved. From the valve's law of motion, closing phase of the impact caused by stress to micro-flow valve gap influence on the body, the three major aspects of starting a study on improving the design of drilling pump valve, pump valve's life prediction and failure to determine a theoretical support. In this thesis, the following aspects:(1) Valve palte and seat's three-dimensional solid is established. The description of the valve plate is constructed a simplified model off stage, and established a dynamic model of valve, the motion characteristics of the valve is described, using Matlab to draw the corresponding motion curve. Get the corresponding angle, the valve disk motion characteristics of the changes, as in-depth study provides a theoretical basis valve; the same time the impact of the process valve to construct the finite element dynamic model, will be the initial stage of the valve disc off the speed and acceleration as the initial conditions or constraints, a complete analysis of the impact between the valve and seat characteristics; focus on the impact generated when the valve the maximum stress concentration characteristics and influence the force level, present a species can effectively reduce the structural stress concentration of the well program; while taking advantage of the maximum stress concentration of the maximum stress to the life of the drilling pump valve to predict, and the corresponding life cycle limit stress curve.(2) Using of complex method for drilling pump's valve plate to optimized. Mathematical optimization model to establish the objective function, through complex method of objective function and constraints, combined with the finite element method calculated the optimum design of the optimal value.(3) The fluid dynamics and the FULENT software for drilling pump to simulate the flow field analysis, gap line with the actual flow distribution valve - pressure contours and velocity contours, and the impact of the valve plate for a simple analysis and understanding.
