Smart Grid has become the world power of the latest changes in the direction of system development. "Twelve Five" period, the national power grid company will be building a strong intelligence network, change the mode of promoting the objectives of network development, the existing power grid reconstruction and Capacity-building power systems have become a top priority. Smart grid distribution network as important a part of the very close contact with the user on the user's influence is most direct. Conventional microprocessor-based protection has been difficult to meet the intelligent and automated distribution network needs. Therefore, the study used a new type of distribution network relay protection is imperative. Based on the full analysis and absorption of foreign advanced technology and computer protection equipment experience, summed up the lack of protection of traditional computer and microprocessor-based protection on the basis of the trend to develop a dual-processor microprocessor relay protection device based on DSP and ARM. The device set protection, measurement, control, monitoring, communication and other functions.Based on the analysis of the functions of specific needs in microcomputer protection device I put forward the overall program about the device hardware.The device on hardware adopted DSP + ARM dual CPU structure.TI's DSP TM320C5402 for the protection of core data collection, data processing and protection. ATMEL AT91RM9200 chip companies to control the ARM9 core, to achieve human-machine interfaces, communication capabilities. Between the DSP and the ARM comes through the DSP HPI host interface for data communication. Around the dual-processor DSP + ARM hardware platform, hardware in each module was carefully designed, including the DSP, ARM minimum system design, data acquisition module, switch out the module into the open, man-machine interface module, communication module , the power module and data communication between the DSP and ARM HPI interface module. Modular design, greatly improving the development efficiency.Microcomputer protection algorithm is one of the key research.The different realization of the function of microcomputer protection mainly rely on its different algorithms to complete. So the computer power systems protection algorithm aims to find good algorithm, which meet the engineering accuracy and response speed requirements premise, as to reduce data collection capacity and computing time. This paper sine function model, the periodic function model, stochastic model and so on the different models of microcomputer protection algorithm to do a detailed analysis and comparison, the final adopted difference filtering and Fourier algorithm combining algorithm, the proposed algorithm has a fast calculation speed and high precision double benefits, with the microcomputer protection real-time, accuracy requirements.In software, based on the analysis of the traditional protection system software design based on defects are introduced, based on real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱmicrocomputer protection software design. The detailed analysis of the core inμC/OS-Ⅱ,theμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time operating system on a chip transplanted into the ARM. The task of microcomputer protection has been divided and priority choice, finally to application carried on the detailed design, given the software flow chart. WouldμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time operating system applied in microcomputer protection platform, and greatly reduce the complexity of systems development debug, improved device reliability and stability.
