With the rapid development of our economy, irregular building structure form more and more. The Code for Seismic Design of Buildings and The Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building are all required: Irregular building plan should press formulary adopting strengthen measures. To ensure the integrity and good structure seismic performance,it's necessary to control structure of the plane and fa?ade irregularprameters.It brings a lot of trouble to the irregular structure about flat facade design and analysis.In this paper, The author suggests adopting metal damper and control structure plane and facade irregular parameters of ideas, and the structure of a 9 floors before setting damper contrastive analysis.The main achievements can be summarized as follows:(1) Revews energy dessipation technology and research status of irregular structure analysis and introduce the mechanical model of metal damper.(2) Put forward in the irregular frame structure by adding metal damper to control structure flat fa?ade design method of irregular structure parameters.(3) Sap2000 finete element analysis software is built by irregular frame structureof flat fa?ade of 3D model,and setting of metal damper under severe earthquake before and after the elastic dynamic time-history analysis.The irregular parameters of structure,process curve and seismic performance is carried on the analysis comparison.(4) Irregular structure of the fa?ade before and after the severe earthquake under the nonlinear time-history analysis.Contrast the various parameters of the structure and concluded.Analysis verified that: Metal energy technology is not only consumpt seismic energy,and reduce the horizontal displacement of the structure and torsional deformation in control structure while enhancing the lateral stiffness of structure; The ideal of by setting metal dampers to control irregular structure parameters is feasible.
