Nonlinear theory on human world outlook and view of nature is gradually changing our life and the thinking mode of architectural design. Avant-garde architect had broken traditional linear scientific and creat a new fation space..More and more landscape architect pay close attention to the problem that how to design landscape with nonlinear theory.This paper focuses on this hot issues, exploring the nonlinear awareness and practice in landscape planning and design. The main thesis is divided into three parts, the first part based on the basic recognize to the problem,discussing design issues related to the concept of nonlinear feature. The second part were divided into three chapters, discussing the impact of science and natural view factors,form and space factors, as well as digital design and material factors to concept of landscape architecture with nonlinear theory,and design and provide specific design strategies illustrated by cases. The third part discuses the practice to concept of nonlinear theory in the Landscape Architecture Design.This paper systematically summarizes the impacts of nonlinear theory in landscape architecture and the applying strategies and practicing experiences of the concept of nonlinear theory, hoping to widen the thinking of design in landscape architecture and provide reference to related researches.
