With the rapid development of economy and all kinds of electrical and electronic products'popularization, the power shortages and power quality problems become more and more serious, the electric energy saving and optimization are also more valued. At present our country's power management systems in distribution network have popularized, but far less in enterprise power management systems. According to large power consumer's electrical energy scientific and effective management, we can optimize power quality, reasonable arrangement of production work, save electric energy and achieve good economic, social and environmental benefits. So more and more domestic power experts and workers pay close attention to it.Enterprise power management system is an important method to ensure enterprise internal power system stability. For monitoring important load points of the enterprise and sending energy parameters to the master system, so that managers can manage scientific by the energy data and technical support. The study of the enterprise power management system in this paper is come from distribution network management system, using RS485 to replace GPRS, to make it more suitable for large power consumer enterprise.The paper introduces the research background and principles structure of enterprise power management system first, and then brief introduces the three component units: master station system, communication terminal and load management terminal. Then focus on the design for communication terminal and network of enterprise power management system. In first, describes the basic functions of communication terminal, the composition and working principle of each module described in detail, and the ARM7 LPC2131 main chip is expounded too. Then, introduces the each main module of hardware features associated with the design of anti-jamming technology. In software design, in order to facilitate the development and maintenance, also use the thought of modular design. This paper introduces its main software module:keyboard, display, communication and memory module. And focused on the communication protocol-Modbus protocol, gave examples to anti-jamming technology of software applications in this project. Finally, according to the actual situation of the characteristics in the RS485 network, the paper elaborates RS485 hardware, software and network anti-jamming technology. The conclusion summarizes advantages and prospects of enterprise power management system with RS485 communication.Writing of this paper is based on the research project based on the design and development. As a low cost, simple and effective control of enterprise power management system, it is very important value for energy saving and optimization in the enterprise, and have a high value to popularize.
