The metro signal system is the key system to ensure the train driving safety and improve the efficiency of the train operation.The power supply of metro signal equipment is the power source of signal equipment operation.Once the power supply of signal equipment fails,it will affect the normal operation of signal equipment and endanger the safety of train running.At present,the monitoring system for the power supply of Metro signal equipment has not yet appeared.Therefore,developing a monitoring system suitable for the power supply of metro signal equipment is very important for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the train and improving the efficiency of the metro transportation.The purpose of this research is for the metro signal system equipment power source—metro signal equipment power supply design a safe and reliable,full-featured metro signal equipment remote monitoring of power system,which can all-weather remote monitoring of unattended power station subway centralized signal equipment in machine room.According to the actual monitoring objects of the monitoring system,the overall structure of the monitoring system is designed.In the design process of monitoring system hardware,double set PLC redundancy design is adopted,which increases the accuracy of collecting information and improves the safety of sending control commands;In order to realize remote data transmission,using Modbus TCP/IP protocol which based on TCP/IP protocol to solve the problem of short distance transmission of the Modbus protocol.According to the data features needed to be sent in the actual communication process of the monitoring system,the Modbus TCP/IP protocol which meets the requirements of the system is designed;In order to monitor the status of PLC devices in real time,a real-time database system software and data acquisition program that meets the real-time requirements of the system is designed in the software design process of the monitoring system,and the human-machine interaction interface of the monitoring system is designed by using the configuration development environment.Through the design and implementation of monitoring system hardware and software and the design of communication protocol message,a set of power monitoring system dedicated to metro signal equipment is established.This monitoring system changes the state of the metro signal power supply failure and needs to be repaired manually.Now,the monitoring system han been put into operation on Shanghai metro line 17,which enhances the reliability of the normal work of the signal equipment,improves the maintenance efficiency of the power supply of the signal equipment,and saves the manpower cost.
