With the energy, environment protection and other problems having become increasingly prominent, frequency conversion air conditioning has developed very rapidly in recent years. But there are still many problems to be solved about the development of frequency conversion air conditioning and high-performance motor drive system is one of those key techniques. The main task of this paper is to study the sensorless drive technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor that is used in air conditioning compressor.With the permanent magnet synchronous motor as its research object, This Paper finds out the Infineon XC878 centered magnetic directional control algorithm by using the flux estimation method. The specific work includes the following parts:1. It deduces the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor on the theory basis. By analyzing the PMSM vector control, it builds the speed and the current double loop simulation model of PMSM control system, conducts the MATLAB simulation and obtained the simulation waveform which achieves the anticipative effect and provides an effective way for the analysis and design of FOC control algorithm of PMSM.2. Based on the basic principle of PMSM Vector control, this paper puts forward a design which achieves PMSM vector control system with a new chip XC878 and designs software program to realize the control system on the Dave platform. The system test is conducted and the results are obtained which show the rationality and validity of the software and hardware design in SVPWM (Space voltage Vector Pulse Width Modulation) control system and the reliability of the PMSM closed loop Vector control system. The closed-loop control system has the characteristics of quick start-up, fast response, and high control precision. The system provide feasible scheme for the research and development of PMSM vector control system based on single chip microcomputer.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that there are stronger feasibility and reality for PMSM without position and speed sensors, which is deduced from Magnetic directional control theory. On this basis, software design is conducted on the hardware platform with Infineon motor control IC as its center and results of the experiment are obtained, which provides a convenient and effective way for PMSM magnetic directional control.
