Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has a series of advantages,such as small size,simple structure,high power factor,high efficiency,low loss,etc.It is widely used in many high-performance control occasions.Because PMSM itself is a complex system with strong coupling and non-linearity,the complexity of control strategy makes the design and development of its variable frequency speed control system more difficult than other motor speed control platforms.In addition,the independent simulation links and hardware debugging in the traditional PMSM variable frequency speed control platform add a lot of work to the design and development of speed control system,which is not in line with the current requirements of the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system.In order to simplify the design and development of speed control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and meet the needs of current industrial control,a PMSM variable frequency speed control system is designed and developed based on model-based design method,field-oriented control(FOC)strategy and high performance control chip of DSP.The main research work of this paper includes:Firstly,the structure and working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced in detail.The equations of coordinate transformation including Clarke transformation,Park transformation and the dynamic mathematical model of PMSM in each coordinate system are analyzed and deduced.On the basis of these basic theories,the field-Oriented Control(FOC)strategy and the basic theory of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM)are emphatically studied and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the variable frequency speed control system of PMSM.Secondly,according to FOC control theory and model-based design and development,the current and speed double closed-loop control model of permanent magnet synchronous motor field-oriented control system is built on MATLAB/Simulink platform,and the functions and configuration principles of each control sub-module are analyzed in detail.The development method of model-based design can effectively solve the shortcomings of traditional development methods,such as long cycle,difficult code maintenance,high cost and low efficiency.Through automatic code generation technology and real-time in-the-loop simulation,the development efficiency and system stability are greatly improved.Finally,the hardware design of variable frequency speed control system for PMSM is emphatically introduced.The control platform takes TMS320F28335 as the control core,and combines with the improved frequency converter based on the main control board designed by Aalborg University and the modules including filter module,acquisition module and conditioning module,which provides the hardware carrier of simulation and experimental analysis for the above control software,and establishes a complete real-time simulation platform for PMSM frequency conversion and speed regulation,and carries out PMSM frequency conversion and speed regulation on the system.Experiments of speed regulation on this system verify the correctness and reliability of FOC control.
