Groups of high-rise buildings lined the beautiful appearance of a city, but the sudden devastating earthquake made the beautiful city cause major damage and many casualties, brought huge economic losses to the state, so we should be aware of the capacity of the buildings clearly. In 2004,the China State Council announced the a long-term target that China should have a comprehensive defense of M6.0 earthquake and the seismic basic intensity action, and the capacity to reduce the earthquake disasters of metropolis-medium city and developed regions aim at the level of moderately developed country in 2020.To achieve this goal, the first problem we faced is how to define and assess the seismic capacity of buildings. The damage and collapse of the high-rise frame-shear wall structures in earthquake was taken into account, based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, as the earthquake in Dujiangyan China Mobile, Telecom Building for example, by mode-superposition response spectrum method and the dynamic time-history response analysis method to study the seismic performance assessment of the buildings. This article details are as follows:1. A brief introduction about numerical simulation seismic response of high-rise frame-shear wall structure. Considering the demand of modeling,a brief introduction about the structure model and the basic theory of seismic analysis, determined on this basis for the high-rise frame-shear wall structure of the cell model and the basic methods of seismic analysis;2. Verify the reasonableness of the numerical model based on structural earthquake response observation. For the structural analysis, obtioned the vibration characteristics of the structure, the structure with the actual earthquake records collected after the actual transfer function of seismic processing done by the vibration period, the results agree; input the actual acquisition of the structure real earthquake records obtained model response, and compared with the actual results of seismic records are consistent basically;3. Seismic performance assessment of high-rise reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. A introduction of high-rise reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure with the assessment of seismic performance-based indicators and criteria used in this study was based on the displacement control of the structure, seismic capacity assessment, lists the performance of existing buildings in the macro-objectives and some of the representative quantitative performance indicators, and finally the structure of elastic response spectrum, inelastic response spectrum for R-μ-T, time-history analysis of the structure in frequent earthquake, seismic earthquake and rare earthquake, story drift ratio were assessed to determine the structural damage in the state of three cases and comparison with numerical simulations to determine the feasibility of the method.
