| In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in our country,more and more people are entering the city life,so it is becoming more and more important to build a high rise residential building with a reasonable and good seismic performance in the limited land.The short leg shear wall structure is a new type of structural system,Not only has the advantages of frame structure and shear wall structure,at the same time,it can not only solve the problem of the column in the frame structure,making sure the building space more beautiful,can also solve the problem of the weight of the shear wall too large,reinforced concrete material consumption is too large,the construction speed is slow and other issues,so it is fast in high-rise residential buildings has been used widely,and obtained favorable comments from people.This paper deduced the beam elements and wall elements from the local coordinates to the global coordinate transformation matrix,described the theory and method of seismic analysis of structures;the paper take a 63 m high-rise shear wall structure building as the background,design made a comparative analysis on the frame structure and short leg shear wall structure,numerical analysis of two schemes of frame structure and short leg shear wall structure,by the static analysis and dynamic analysis,the results shows that: the stress in the short leg shear wall structure is larger than that in the frame structure,but at the level of the floor displacement is far less than the frame structure,it shows that the short pier shear wall structure is more suitable for high-rise buildings,which can significantly improve the overall stiffness of the structure,so that the seismic performance of short pier shear wall structure is much higher than that of the frame;through numerical study the beam height changes and shear wall thickness change law of whole structure characteristics,in order to adjust the structure,optimization scheme with respect to the optimized scheme can save the amount of concrete 6.22%,at the same time to adjust after the dynamic time history analysis of the seismic checking scheme,so as to ensure the seismicperformance of the building structure is good. |
