Along with the constant development of China's economy and urbanization, in order to meet the people's increasing aesthetic level, under the premise of meet the requirements of the use of building, designers tend to design irregular building structures. As the most widely used structure form, the seismic performance superiority of reinforced concrete structure directly affect the construction quality and safety and the safety of people's life, so the seismic analysis of reinforced concrete structure appears to be particularly important.The present study mainly introduced the analysis of the elastic-plastic seismic performance of SAP2000 finite element analysis software based on T-type irregular reinforced concrete frame structure. The first part firstly introduced the concept and distribution of earthquake in our country, then described the research status on the irregular structure, and finally introduced the current structural seismic theory research and the current situation of the development of reinforced concrete structure. The second part of this thesis introduced the seismic performance analysis of two T-type irregular reinforced concrete frame structures through Model analysis, Response spectrum analysis, Time history analysis and Pushover static nonlinear analysis of finite element analysis software SAP2000 in order to evaluate the seismic performance of T-type irregular reinforced concrete frame structure. In this paper, we mainly do the following aspects of research:1. Derived basic performance parameters(such as natural vibration period, mass index) according to the modal analysis of T-type irregular reinforced concrete frame structure, determined the structure torsion properties and judged seismic performance.2. Analyzed the bi-directional seismic response spectrum analysis of T-type irregular reinforced concrete frame structure, and obtained the response of the structure under bidirectional earthquake seismic through the analysis of the calculation of the angular displacement of the floor displacement and interlayer, to find out the weak layer of irregular reinforced concrete structure, and then judge the seismic performance of the structure.3. Did time history analysis(linear time history analysis?nonlinear time history analysis)of T-type irregular reinforced concrete frame structure using two natural seismic wave El-Centro wave, Taft wave, one artificial seismic wave Lanzhou wave according the requirements of the specification, determined the response of the structure under earthquakes and found the weak layers and the developing process of the plastic hinge.4. Did the nonlinear static analysis for two structural models, analyzed the process of the deformation and failure process of the structure by studying the curve of capacity spectrum and demand spectrum and the developing process of the plastic hinge, and evaluate the structures' seismic performance.
