The microelectronic devices are very sensitive to overvoltage in power and signal because they have lower working voltage and Voltage tolerance in DCS industrial control system. Overvoltages not only can make misoperation of electronic equipment system, but also can damage the electronic equipment permanently. As a result, a lot of direct damages and indirect damages were caused. Installing SPD is one of the most important methods to reduce the loss.Regarding the voltage power supply system in industrial control system, analyzing the cause of formation of lightning wave, aiming at the characters of voltage power supply system and the structure of SPD's tripping pieces, combining with the large scale experiments results of ICGS and simulation results of MATLAB 2009 and Multisim10.1, it puts forward the application of decoupling components between two classes SPD in industrial control system, and the performance promotion proposal of SPD tripping pieces.Regarding the sensor and signal acquisition system in industrial control system, analyzing the characters of transmission signal, combining with the standard and voltage withstand levels, taking advantage of Prote199SE and Altium Designer Summer 2008 to accomplished the design of SPD's circuit, combining with the large scale experiments results of ICGS and simulation results of Cadence Specture, verifying the feasibility of design and making sure the signals can transmit normally.Analyzing the SPD of DCS industrial control system, it puts forward several corrective measures and design proposals. It has certain practical significance.
