Missile flight simulation system based on MINS (micro-inertial navigation system) relates to flight missile mechanics analysis and trajectory calculation technology, navigation technology, image processing and graphics generation technology, information synthesis and display technology, and so on. Each field for navigation, guidance and control system testing and development has far-reaching research significance. For the actual process of scientific research on the missile launch remote monitoring need, 3D sight is used to solve the limited observation position, sight line, and time problems. The thesis has mainly introduced missile flight mechanics analysis and modeling, simulation navigation algorithm and trajectory, and used OpenGL, VC+ + and Matlab as software tools to complete from the scene, geometric modeling and visual drive to the virtual scene of the visual display, which provided a test platform for the whole process of missile flight simulation. The innovation of this thesis is as follows:I. For the numerical and image processing relatively weak defects of VC++, data transfer interface is designed to implement embedded development on VC+ +, Mat lab and OpenGL.II. Proposing a method which considered both realism and real-time. The method is mainly through the following technology to enhance the plume's visual realism and rendering real-time:Using trigonometric function to simplify the missile plume model.Using particle system to simulation plume's dynamic and irregular.Using bulletin board technology to solve the realistic problem of three-dimensional observation through two-dimensional texture mapping. Introducing particle emission disk and sub- speed to enhance the plume's sense depth and rendering speed.Using circular pattern as particle texture and flame characteristic to establish flame color mapping.III. The whole simulation system was not only for navigation algorithm simulation and verification, but also ex-ballistic optimization and calculation, which provided a validation platform for researchers in arms and ammunition's study, design, testing, and so on. Meanwhile, it provided basis for feasibility study and validation in navigation, guidance and control fields.IV. The software platform is an open platform and scalable, which provides convenience to simulate or verify relevant navigation algorithm for researchers.
