In the manufacture of weapons,especially the automatic weapons by primarily themachinery,it is very hard to test the performance of weapons efficiently without ball firing. Inthis paper,in order to collect the test data easily to analyze and process,the high-speedcontroller system based on recoil simulation is that the recoil of the tested automatic weaponwhich can produce the same dynamic effects with the ball firing on the condition that we donot fire the ball.The recoil simulation test system of automatic weapon designed in this paper,is a kindof simulation device which take the compressed air as the power supply. The installmentincludes two key components: the machinery and the electric control. The electric controlsystem takes the embedded processor C8051F040 as its core,communicates with PC throughthe serial bus,drives the high-speed solenoid valves to complete the control of the compressedair through the PC's commandï¼›Simultaneously,the system can complete the real-timeexamination on the pressure and impulse of the recoil simulation systemï¼›To complete theaccurate control on the source of the air and simulation of the automatic weapon's continuousemission,the system drives the high-speed electromagnetic valve to open again accuratelythrough the detecting of the recoil's arriving. This system has its merits:simulatingaccurately,saving energy,safe and convenient to operate etc.the author designs the hardware circuit of this system,and does the selection andcalculation of various components in the circuit,designs the system's initial program andflow chart of software program. At last,combining the hardware with the software of thesystem to run and debug,we find that the high-speed solenoid valves'frequency on openingand close can achieve millisecond accuracy,at the same time,the system can complete thedetecting of the signal on pressure and recoil,meeting the system's requirement completely.
