| With the development of the logistics industry, forklift, as a wide function, strong mobility material transportation and handling equipment, are more and more widely used. Forklift industry has entered a rapid period of development, of which research and design level is also rising. However, the highlight of vibration and noise of forklift has become the bottleneck of trucks to a higher level. In present the vehicle vibration and noise restrictions are more and more stringent in the standard, how to solve the vibration and noise become the key to the existence and development of the forklift industry.Taking a 3ton forklift as the research object, some exploratory research of forklift vibration was carried out. According to the requirements of finite element analysis modeling and the need for this paper analyzes. The forklift structure is divided up into overhead guard, frame, drive axle, steering axle, the mast installation and other key structural components. Solid modele of the various key components are created in the three-dimensional CAD software Solidworks and imported into the finite element software ANSYS to create finite element model of it.Modal analysis of overhead guard is implemented by two connections way which engine cover is rigid connection to the overhead and suspension on it. by which the natural frequencies and mode shapes of it is obtained. Modal analysis of mast installation is implemented on two conditions of which there is no load and full load on it, and influence by load to mast installation is studied. Modal analysis of the drive axle, steering and balance weight are carried out, these components can be simplified into beam elements and mass clement.Through the assembly and connection of the various key components, the model of the whole body of the forklift is obtained. Modal analysis of the model of the whole body is carried out and the frequencies and mode shapes of this whole body is received. The results of independent modal analysis of the various parts and the results of whole forklift modal analysis are compared. According to comparison, the relation of the vibration type and frequency of the main forklift structural components before and after the assembly is studied.Based on modal analysis, harmonic response analysis of the whole forklift is implemented by mode superposition method. In terms of road roughness input curve the transient response is analyzed, the vibration of different region has been studied exactly. According to the FEM computation results, the performance of the whole body of forklift under dynamic working environment is analyzed and evaluate.Through comprehensive study of the vibration of the forklift, measures and means to improve of the forklift is proposed. |
