Based on the key techniques of electric forklift new type steering mechanism, including its reducer, stability of the forklift, battery replacement device analysis, this article main content summary is as follows:When the new type steering mechanism work, its gear reducer would produce different levels of vibration, would have adverse impact on its life and performance, and no physical prototype during the design phase, it was often difficult to accurately estimate its vibration characteristics. First in this article, based on the finite element analysis by using virtual prototype technology to do static analysis for the gear and case of steering gear reducer and calculated their structural strength; And did dynamics research for them and the vibration characteristic of the working gear reducer was calculated accurately, and optimized the gear and reduction case.Forklift truck stability test method researched. First,3D virtual simulation software was used to establish the approximation model of new forklift, then through ADAMS software simulation analysis on the stability of various dangerous conditions for forklift and compared with the theoretical results to verify the accuracy of the virtual prototype stability test method.Electric Forklift after the use of new type steering mechanism, the vehicle arrangement had changed, the traditional forklift battery replacement method is of low efficiency and high cost. In this article, through research and comparison of different forklift battery replacement method, this article proposed a new replacement method and design with the matching device, and then analyzed and researched the stability of the forklift which had use the new battery replacement device, to verify the feasibility of replacement method.
