Exchange coupling of nanocrystalline composite permanent magnet material is a new type of nanoscale magnetic materials, is the magnetic field of research. Because of this material is compounded by the hard-soft two-phase materials, it has the single-phase permanent magnet materials can match the outstanding performance, and now, permanent magnetic materials such variety, its performance is also presented for different types of out of the high and low points. Therefore Nanocomposite permanent magnetic materials model, the magnetic domain structure and magnetic properties such as an extensive and in-depth study has important theoretical and practical value. The micro-magnetic theory and numerical combination of micro-magnetic simulation of nanoscale magnetic materials become magnetized and an important means of magnetization reversal mechanism. This article first briefly reviews the current nano-phase composite material of permanent status, followed by Sm-Co/α-Fe as the research object, simulation of a three-layer film and multilayer systems with different structures with the magnetic properties of soft and hard magnetic thickness, system and system layer thickness changes, and its theoretical value of the magnetic parameters of the analysis and forecasting.Sm-Co/α-Fe/Sm-Co three membrane systems of soft and hard magnetic properties of magnetic thin film thickness and the relationship between research results show that: The thickness of soft layer on the magnetic system has a great impact, in addition, the thickness of the hard magnetic layer influence on the system is not magnetic ignored, and only in the appropriate ratio of hard and soft magnetic content of the case to get best magnetic properties of multilayer films.Sm-Co/α-Fe periodic multilayer membrane system results show that the magnetic energy: The magnetization reversal in the form hard magnetic layer and soft layer is not only related to the size and thickness of the hard magnetic layer itself has a certain relationship, that is, the critical size of the soft magnetic and hard magnetic layer thickness is also related to, for example, in different size range of hard and soft magnetic severity of different role, which affects different variations of coercive force. Meanwhile, the system and system layers the thickness of the magnetic system have a non-negligible effect.Structure and comparative analysis of Sm-Co/α-Fe quasi-periodic structure of periodic multilayer system, the findings show that the magnetic properties: the case of the thickness of the different systems, different structural system with the magnetic remanence are increasing thickness decreases ; in the case of the same layer, the thickness of the smaller system (the smaller the thickness of the magnetosphere), the stronger the coupling, the higher remanence; system of thick, generally, the same magnetic layer thickness of the case, period remanence structure in varying degrees higher than the quasi-periodic structure of remanence; when the system of large thickness and low-rise, the cycle structure of the coercive force higher than quasi-periodic structure of the coercive force, and when the system than the thickness of layers of small and large, the situation is the opposite.
