Traditional electro-magnetic contactors need coil electrified to keep the closed state when they running. Because electrified long time, the temperature of coil will rise and perhaps burned the coil. At the same time, long-term work of electro-magnetic contactor will consume a lot of energy. Besides, when the voltage of network reduced, it will cause contact bouncing and noise pollution.Permanent magnet contactor has a lot of advantages: such as high saves, high reliability, maintenance-free, long life, not interrupted by electric network fluctuations, almost not have increased temperature, not have shocking and noise.This paper puts forward a new type of nanocrystalline two-phase composite permanent magnet contactor based on many advantages of permanent magnet contact. Nanocrystalline two-phase composite permanent alloy is a new type permanent magnetic material. It combined higher magnetocrystalline anistropic of permanent magnetic material and higher saturation magnetization of soft magnetic material. It can gain higher comprehensive magnetic performance through the exchange coupling effect under nanocrystalline size. Magnetized feature curve is almost reversible. It has a good magnetizing and demagnetizing performance. It has big (BH) max, and can achieve permanent magnetic keeping when closed. The material is suitable for permanent magnetic contactor after analyze the material properties.This paper first design the permanent magnetic institution size of contactor according to experience formula, and gain reasonable match of static suction and spring force by ANSOFT finite element analysis software.Then dynamic features analysis, by simulation results contrast of nanocrystalline two-composite composite composite permanent magnet contactor and NdFeB permanent magnet contactor. We can gain conclusion that the new type contactor not only accomplish all function of permanent magnet contactor, but also can gain better characteristic of closing and opening. Achieve the purpose of more energy and resources saved, and more reliable.
