The future of construction, in this era, is environmental protection of the building materials, the structure form, structure performance reliability and economy construction. Concrete structure, reinforced-concrete structure and steel structure has reached significant results in buildings, otherwise, wooden structure as green environmental properties, the seismic performance can be applied widely. In my country, whether the bamboo resources or the production is the first one in the world. Connecting bamboo and steel reasonably can make use of these two kinds of the mechanical properties, which is in order to open application field of bamboo and show the characteristics of bamboo, what's more, save a lot of concrete and reinforced.The paper firstly introduces the mechanical properties of the material of the testing.then establish how to choose the materials and the type of composition. With bamboo plywood section, rectangular pipe size and thickness, screw connection, etc as parameters, nine root rectangular pipe-plywood beams are tested the bending capacity. Observate strain change and deflection in various loads, at same time, discuss the process, failure and failure mechanism of composite beams damage.Mechanical properties of rectangular pipe-plywood composite beams is achieved by the experiments of composite components, combinion with theoretical calculation and deepen component theoretical analysis. Based on relevant theoretical analysis, research the rectangular pipe- plywood beams in order to get theory and establish the designed method.Finally by using ANSYS software for the analysis of composite beams obtain the analysisal model of rectangular pipe-plywood composite beams and the basis of theoretical design. The research is done through experiments, theoretical studies and software analysis. Rectangular pipe - plywood composite beams analysis models can be established.
