The many advantages of the space grid structure have the 3D transfer mode of force,seismic performance, high degree of industrialization and the good economy and so on.It is a sort of preferable roof type for long span buildings,which is widely used in public architectures,such as theaters,gas stations,gymnasiums and other public buildings.The optimization design method is used in analysis of space grid in order to save materials and security.Therefore,it is very scientific and necessary, has a certain practical significance.The optimization design method based on the full stress method and the one-dimensional search algorithm is the basic principle, a combination of both, and be applied in order to solve the existing deficiencies full stress method and the actual project, it often occurs in the Lisan variables and other issues; the lattice grid structure based on the relevant design specifications, established a lattice grid structure as the objective function of the lightest weight, height and bar truss design variable section size, strength, stiffness and stability constraints of the optimization for the design model.With ANSYS finite element analysis software, and secondary development of the programming language APDL advantages, the preparation of the calculation grid structure optimization program.The calculation shows a comparison with the results of other optimization methods, that the feasibility and accuracy of optimal design program; Finally, on the optimized lattice grid structure under the normal limit state reliability analysis.PDS using ANSYS software module provides the Monte Carlo grid for the optimized structure of the applicability of evaluation results show that a certain load, grid height, bar section size and material characteristics of structures under random effects Limit state reliability good, and based on the displacement of the random variable degree of influence on the structure of different design for the actual project reference.
