The Box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type of composite bridge,it is full of steel (tension) and concrete (compression),the characteristics of two different materials.Compared with steel, which saves steel,increased stiffness;Compared with the reinforced concrete structure,which reduces the structural weight,increases the ductility.As the concrete slab to provide stiffness,compared with other structures,its greater stiffness,and displacement and the vibration was less affected. Steel beams and concrete slab properties of two different materials was able to mix together their respective strengths,the key is to link the role of the shear connectors,therefore making corrugated steel web girder bridge structural design,the design of shear connectors plays an important role in performance of the entire composite structure.Rational choice and design of shear connectors is directly related to the use of the composite beam structure and bearing capacity,the research of shear connectors is of great significance.A new type of the shear connector of the flange type perforated corrugated plate has not yet studied at home and abroad in the current,in order to understand the mechanical properties of the shear connectors,the paper was based on experimental research of shear connectors,focused on the shear resistance of the flange-type shear connectors,this paper systematically studied t theoretical analysis and experimental research,The main works are as follows:First,the paper reviewed the present domestic and foreign research situation of the shear connectors,collected the documents of the shear connectors,to develop the mechanical properties of the new type of the shear connector research programs;Second,the type of shear connectors,mechanical properties and working mechanism was analysed from the view of theory.clearing the connection performance and failure modes of the new type of shear connector,the theoretical model of the new type of shear connector was systematically analysed;Third,by analyzing the shear stiffness and shear strength of the new type of shear connector under the load,the size of the shear connector was designed and used the Midas FEA finite element software to establish the finite element computation mechanical model;Fourth,the push-out tests for the new shear connector were made, to test its shear bearing capacity under load,the measured data and finite element simulation results were compared and analysed,in order to optimize the structure parameters of the new shear connectors.This paper unified the specimen test and the theoretical analysis,the experimental result tallied with the result of finite element analysis and well met the intended purpose and effect that proved the rationality and reliability of the new shear connector.The results of research obtained good technique and economic benefits,will contribute to the application of steel-concrete composite structure in our construction field,promote the development of lightweight structures.
