Concrete is one of the large materials used in Civil Engineering, with the accelerated process of social modernization, the rapid development of infrastructure, buildings and facilities in many long years of demolition, at this time a large amount of construction waste, which accounts for a large proportion of waste concrete, through a variety of methods for recycling waste concrete can not only effectively deal with construction waste, while reducing the ecological damage to the environment. Recycled concrete , after crushing the waste concrete blocks,washing, grading, the mixture formed by a certain percentage of recycled aggregate, instead of some or all of the configuration of the natural aggregate concrete.In this paper, artificial waste concrete crushing, screening, cleaning, get recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate, reduced sub-sampling after the recycled aggregate and natural aggregate of the basic physical properties were studied, the study of basic physical properties of the indicators are: bulk density, apparent density, particle size distribution, clay content, water absorption, crushing value, robustness and other, more recycled aggregate and natural aggregate indicators of the differences in physical properties and analysis of these differences have emerged reasons, has been used in the regeneration of recycled aggregate concrete in the index requirements. On this basis, then, with reference to ordinary concrete mix method, using the orthogonal method to design and test program selected, the selected water-cement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate, replacement of cement with fly ash equivalent amount of sand percentage that design of four factors with the ratio of recycled concrete C20, through the orthogonal design of nine blocks of 81 test test shows that the slump and compressive strength, water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate is very large, according to this method to design C20 will not get the correct ratio of recycled aggregate concrete, the recycled aggregate concrete mix design, additional water should be considered. It is also made to consider the nine additional water use 81 test block and test block which 81 were measured slump values and compressive strength, its work and mechanical properties of the study, analysis of the factors on the performance of recycled concrete and mechanical properties of the degree of influence, and ultimately get the correct and rational C20 recycled aggregate concrete.Finally, with the ordinary concrete in the technical, economic, environmental, social, comparative analysis of four aspects are, in the Xinjiang region to carry out the use of waste recycled aggregate concrete production, can produce good economic, environmental and social benefits. Benefit from a comprehensive analysis shows that in the Xinjiang region of recycled aggregate concrete application is feasible.
