With the quick development of building industry, the value of concrete is demanded more and more greatly and the resource exhaustion due to the exploitation sand and stone aggregate as well as the value of construction wastes is increasing severity. The exhaustion of nature resource make the environment problems more severely and that the handling charges of construction waste is very high, and it also cause a lot of environmental problems and social harmful effect. There are large amount of waste concrete because of renewal of the city and backout of the old bulidings. Today in that attention had been paid greatly on saving the energy sources and resource, how to reuse the waste concrete become more and more improtant. Recycled concrete is one of new type concrete that mixed with recycled aggregate at a certain proportion after cleaning, crushing, grading wasted concrete. This kind of concrete has become the green architectural material which is safeguard durative development of social. For the low strength of recycled aggregate which is the restriction factor to the application and development of recycled concrete, the need to make high-strength recycled concrete because impendence increasingly.In this article, the concepts concerning recycled concrete are defined and the feasibility to technique and economical of recycle concrete are analyzed. Based on summarize the effect of aggregate to concrete, this paper detailedly discussed the characters of recycled aggregate and the influence effect of the recycled aggregate to concrete together with the characters of recycled concrete. Moreover, this paper also analyzed the characteristics and strengthing methods of interfacial zone in recycled concrete.The author carried out test complying with orthogonal design-schema, the effect of four factors (the ration of water to cementitious material, the coarse recycled aggregate content to total coarse aggregate content by, the percentage of silica fume and fly ash)on the recycled concrete capability of mass is analyzed. Through variance analysis, the influence of every factor to slump of fresh concrete, compressive strength at 7d, 28d and 60d are known. The value coefficient is introduced to discuss the optimum mix proportion of the recycled concrete. In the multi-linearity analysis, the slumps, compressive strengths at 7d, 28d and 60d are selected as function and the significance factor in the variance analysis is viewed as independent variables. The linear regression equation between slump, compressive strength at 7d, 28d and 60d is concluded. In the end. this paper also talks over the further application and development of the recycled concrete. |
