Cement and concrete have close relationship with resources,energy sources and environments. It is an important problem for the governments and immense science-technology workers in the world that how to utilize the waste concrete as useful resources to become the aggregates of concrete and to make use of its immense useful-capability.In this article, the concepts concerning recycled aggregate concrete are defined and the characters of recycled aggregate concrete are discussed. This paper summarizes that recycled concrete brings the influence to the environment and its domestic and international research status and development, and puts forward developing the recycled concrete technology is the need of social sustainable development. This paper designs a set of technics flow of producing recycled aggregates by a substantiality project and uses scrap concrete board of Lianyi-road to manufacture some recycled aggregates. Laboratory tests of recycles aggregate were carried out to obtain its manufacture-technologies. In order to gain essential capability parameter of recycled aggregates, laboratory tests are carried out to research the apparent density,porosity,absorption,moisture content, surface roughness, crush index, impact toughness,abrasion loss,consistency of the recycled aggregates, and contrasts them with savageness aggregates. The paper designs some teams of different mix proportion concrete according to the different replacement of the recycled aggregates and fly ash, and researches their working properties,mechanical properties and durability, and analyses influence factors of the working properties,mechanical properties and durability of the recycled concrete such as the replacement rate of recycled aggregates, the replacement amount of fly ash, different water/binder ratio, different sand content, adding the high range water reducing agents and mineral admixture, etc. And the economic feasibility of the application of the recycled concrete has been analyzed. It offers the advantageous support for the application of recycled concrete.The experiment results show that the recycled concrete with high fluidity, high durability or high strength can be produced by using low water-bind ratio, employing good quality super-plasticizer; adding of fly ash and colloidal silica and controlling the maximum size of recycled aggregate.
