Study On Evaluation Of Commercial Motor-vehicle's Use Reliability

The levels of commercial motor-vehicle's use reliability directly determine the driving safety. Especially commercial motor-vehicle of passenger transport, not only cause property loss, but also heavy big casualties if commercial motor-vehicle failure in operating process. This paper research commercial motor-vehicle s use reliability evaluation method based on the fault data operating, to improve commercial motor-vehicle s use reliability level.Commercial motor-vehicle of passenger transport running fault record is received through investigation of Hefei, Zhengzhou, Chengdu and Harbin. By analyzing the parts, models and types of commercial motor-vehicle of passenger transport according to its fault data, the current situation of reliability are given. Based on the traditional vehicle weighted integrated evaluation method and the characteristics of evaluation objects, the integrated evaluation method of commercial motor-vehicle s use reliability is pointed out, the evaluation indexes is formed by three single index, i.e. mean time between failures, availability and equivalent failure rate. Integrated evaluation model of commercial motor-vehicle s use reliability is established as follows: According to the actual use data of commercial motor-vehicle, the current threshold of three single index are determined, and the weight coefficient respectively. Integrated evaluation method of use reliability will be used to monitor the reliability of commercial motor-vehicle. The dynamic supervision and management data is used to guide the upkeep and maintenance of commercial motor-vehicle, and ensure the safe operation of commercial motor-vehicle. It is showed that the model can evaluate vehicle s use reliability of life cycle effectively by actual use data.
