| Handling stability is an important performance of the automobile,the current evaluation of the handling stability,there is no unified standard at home and abroad,and good vehicle handling stability is the urgent need of the automobile industry,but also an important guarantee of vehicle driving safety.Therefore,it is of great significance and engineering value to analyze the vehicle’s handling stability and study its evaluation index.In this paper,the handling stability and evaluation index of heavy commercial vehicle in a main engine plant are studied and optimized.First,in order to improve the modeling efficiency of heavy commercial vehicle multi-body dynamics,the ADAMS/Car based parametric modeling technology is developed twice,and the parametric modeling of heavy-duty commercial vehicle multi-body dynamics system(MBS)is completed.This system has the advantage of professional parametric multi-body dynamics model library,and can realize fast intelligent modeling.Then,the performance evaluation of the operating stability of heavy commercial vehicles is divided into "characteristics",and the relevant evaluation methods and evaluation indexes at home and abroad are integrated.The evaluation indexes are selected by means of system synthesis,dynamic analysis and real vehicle testing.The MBS vehicle parameterization model is tested and modified to ensure the accuracy of the MBS model.Then the MBS vehicle parameterization model is used to analyze and study the influencing factors of the control stability.The optimization parameters are improved.The test results show that the whole vehicle handling stability performance of heavy commercial vehicle is improved and the anti-side turning ability of heavy commercial vehicle is enhanced. |
