Reinforced concrete members subjected to biaxial eccentric compression are widely used in the actual structure engineering. Such as the corner column of frame house, the side column under the action of earthquake and the space framework support pillar supported water towers. In many cases, in order to analysis and calculation of the simple and convenient, the reinforced concrete members subjected to biaxial eccentric compression ignore a direction to approximate reinforced concrete unilateral eccentric according to calculation, but when the differences of the moment in both directions were little, we can't ignore any one. In this case, we must calculate the components section bearing capacity calculation component in accordance with reinforced concrete members subjected to biaxial eccentric loading method.Domestic and international standards about the calculation method of reinforced concrete members subjected to biaxial eccentric compression have different calculation theories. All sorts of theories are being the different analytical calculation methods. Finally, through comparing the ultimate capacity calculated by current the Code for design of concrete structures calculation method with the approximate calculation formula, we investigate the effect and accuracy.This paper will be helpful to the engineering calculation and provide a reference for further research of reinforced concrete members subjected to biaxial eccentric compression.
