| With the rapid development of the domestic construction industry,the construction structure is developed into the era of super high-rise and heavy load building,this has resulted in that the design of pillar-the main bearing structure of the building-is facing severe challenges under the existing theoretical system.Although the new structure of steel reinforced concrete column with tubes is more and more used in practical engineering,but the study on the mechanical properties of this composite column are few and not systematic,and has not yet formed a unified formula theory that can accurately calculate the ultimate bearing capacity,and there is no standard or specification available.The study which is lagging behind has hindered the actual application and the development of this new structure.So this paper uses the finite element analysis software,combines the theoretical and practical engineering experience,and establishes the calculation formula of composite column axial bearing capacity.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of composite columns in practical engineering are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of the structure of concrete columns.As for the numerical analysis method,finite element method,the material constitutive model of concrete and steel under this method is presented,by comparing the numerical results of finite element analysis obtained by ANSYS and the theoretical results,the correctness and rationality of finite element theory is verified.Then the finite element model of steel reinforced concrete column with tubes is established,the axial compression force distribution and deformation properties and failure mechanism are analyzed,and the reliability of the calculation results is verified.At the same time,on the basis of finite element analysis,combined with the collected data,this paper puts forward a calculation formula of axial compression limit bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete columns with tubes;From the comparison of the formula calculation results and the other calculated results with the test value,the calculation formula raised in this paper agrees with the test value more and has a certain reliability.The related conclusions can be used as a reference in similar projects in the future. |
