Baiyinhua to Huolinguole highway is a major coal transport corridors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this region is much windy in spring, warmer and rain uneven in summer, cool in autumn, and longer cold in winter. Much fine-grained soil on the surface, some of the sand with gravel type soil, much developed vegetation on the surface, it is the typical meadow, its base is very soft. Therefore, at the base construction, it is the only selection of lean concrete, which is high stiffness, high resistance to erosion ability, good durability, and this article studies how to ensure the quality of lean concrete base construction.First, according to the characteristics of the region, the study of air-entrained concrete is analyzed the mechanization of lean concrete's crack resistance and freezing resistance in cold climate, the selection criteria of lean concrete raw material is raised, according to lean concrete mixture ratio design, a reasonable grading is got; Secondly, Based on the matching theory construction equipment, mechanical equipment about section III in baihuo line is allocated reasonably; Thirdly, combined with the configuration of equipment, In the mixing process, this paper particularly study the effect on mix quality about the calibrating of mixing station, the filling rate of mixing console, the speed of mixing and time of mixing, evaluating index of mix quality is proposed, segregation and against it is discussed. in the paving technology, the distributive zone of spiral distributor, vibrator frequency and space, paving speed, tension of reference line is studied, a reasonable operating parameter of paving air-entrained concrete is got, paving at beginning, testing paving, normal paving, and plaster technology of slipform paver is debated, pitted surface, edge drop and transverse crack phenomenon is analyzed, the measure against them and evenness is proposed; Finally, according to engineering practice, the curing, saw cutting and pouring technology of lean concrete base is descript briefly, cutting time and request, pouring material and request is set down.This is an interdisciplinary, requiring close integration of theory and practice of research, covering material properties, construction technology, etc.; involving selection of raw materials, machinery and equipment match, the quality control of construction process, etc. The theoretical analysis and paving experimental section shows, through the rational matching construction equipment, strict control of mixing, paving, and pouring of lean concrete, etc., can effectively ensure the construction quality of lean concrete base.
