With the development of building construction all over the world, study of construction management has also been one of popular research area. In spite of the influence of cost and construction length on project profits, construction quality is also very important. Based on BIM and lean theory, this paper establishes a Kan BIM quality control system to achieve a more efficient quality control process. Necessary tools and technologies are analyzed for the system. The paper applies the system into a real project to assess its QC ability. The control results are predicted and analyzed from different perspectives and the strong synergistic effect between lean theory and BIM has been approved. The research achievements of this paper mainly embodied in the following aspects:(1) in the comprehensive understanding of lean construction theory and the implementation method, on the basis of comparing the traditional model and lean construction quality control methods in the quality control method, points out that the various phases of the traditional control method of separation, inadequate communication of information, waste serious defects, such as the quality control of lean construction after research direction.(2) the BIM technology and the interaction between lean construction research shows the powerful synergy between them.BIM technology is the necessary means to realize lean construction and maximize value, visual management is vital for lean construction, and efficient quality control system is an indispensable part of the lean construction management.(3) according to the plan of system theory, constructs the kanban BIM construction quality control system based on the theory of the LPS, the quality control system of kanban BIM process by the master plan, vision plan, weekly plan, execute, four layers pull to implement quality control plan, combined with the dynamic of BIM database support, set up quality control information feedback system, continue to improve the quality of construction.For engineering large volume, high complexity, long construction period, the late high operational requirements of project, implement kanban BIM SPE quality control system of the recommended under the IPD organizational structure.(4) according to the build system of kanban BIM construction quality control, to select the foshan fang tower complex construction project case simulation analysis.For complex structure, difficult construction, strict quality requirements of projects using kanban BIM application of quality control system, can ensure that meet the requirements of lean construction under high standards of quality, to maximize the value of the project.The research results to improve the quality of construction project management level, reduce the construction cost, enhance project value has a certain reference value.
