Cement concrete pavement is widely used in tunnel where is in high altitude and cold region because of the advantages of high strength, good durability, safety in construction and driving, but there exist problems like low flatness, salt corrosion damage and others duo to the uneven vibration liquefaction and DBI in the slipform construction process. To improve the overall quality of cement concrete pavement using slipform construction, this article takes Wirtgen SP500 slipform paver as the subject and relies on the Jin pen Wan Tunnel, then mainly studies the following contents:(1) Slipform concrete often cannot guarantee its workability and homogeneity due to the volatility of water-cement ratio and too much water reducer. Through test of concrete within a series of different dosage of air-entraining agent, the influence of air-entraining agent on workability, strength, corrosion resistance and sliding construction performance of concrete are studied. The results show that adding the right amount of air-entraining agent can improve the above-mentioned performance of concrete and be in favor of slip-form construction.(2) Test on vibrating liquefaction of concrete in mould under the action of single vibrator, measure the vibration acceleration and analyze its transmission and attenuation in the concrete through software E-Test Lab to deduce the reasonable ateral spacing of vibrators. Then take advantage of the experimental slipform paver simulating slipform paving on construction site and analyze the impact of slipform construction under the mobile vibrators to deduce the reasonable speed when paving low slump concrete.(3) Establish the mathematical model of slipform paver’s automatic leveling system and make its stability analysis, then establish and analyze the simulation model in the Simulink platform and get a conclusion that the system is stable and the model is valid, but the response time is too long. Therefore, PID control is introduced into the system model, but there is overshoot and oscillation phenomenon. At last, replace PID control with fuzzy adaptive PID control, and the simulation results show that the response speed and dynamic quality of the system are greatly improved.(4) Through the associated experiments on construction site and in laboratory, research on the improvement of slipform construction technology in tunnel where is in high-elevation and frosty area and improve the construction technology about hanging baseline, eliminating defects caused by DBI, artificial plastering and grooving for skid-resistan.
